Returns and Refunds

Before you order anything on our site, please make sure it.s the right size, color, and the item(s) you want.

Please read the description of the item(s) before you purchase it. Pay special attention to the item(s) condition and make sure this is what you want before you place your order.

Restocking Fee:

All item(s) are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We will also deduct the original shipping and handling paid on the order.

After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund (minus the restocking fee and the shipping and handling) via the same originally payment method used to place the order.

How To Return An Item:

Returned item(s) that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.

Some item(s) cannot be returned if they are opened, please contact us (732-776-8992) for verification.
  • The returned item(s) must be in original, unused, and unworn condition.
  • The returned item(s) must be in its original undamaged packaging.
  • The returned item(s) must include all attached tags and instructions.
  • The returned item(s) must be returned within 14 days of your purchase.
The customer will prepaid and insure the shipment for the full value of the item(s) being returned. The Motorcycle Stop is not responsible for packages lost or damage during return shipping.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return.

Payment Policy

Accepted Methods of Payment :

You can pay for your item(s) through your PayPal account. PayPal will also accept your credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, etc.).

If there is an issue with your PayPal account or credit card, please contact PayPal, we do not keep or ask for credit information.

Credit Card/PayPal Charges :

Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged when you place your order. If The Motorcycle Stop is not able to fulfill your order for any reason, your credit card or PayPal account will be refunded.

Cancel Order :

Once your online order has been placed, you can only cancel your order if it has not been shipped. Please call
(732-776-8992) to cancel order (Monday - Saturday 10:30AM - 5PM). Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancel.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround:

All orders are shipped within 8 - 48 hours, Monday - Saturday 10:30AM - 5PM.

Carriers:

We use The United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver our orders.

Order Tracking:

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates:

The rate charged for the shipping and handling of your order is based on the weight, package dimension, and your shipping location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order if you decide to.

Wrong Address:

If the shipping address given is incorrect and the carrier returns item(s) back to The Motorcycle Stop, we will issued a refund to the same payment method originally used to place the order, minus the shipping and handling cost.

If the purchaser would like to continue with the order, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge.

Changes to this Policy:

We may update this Policy Statement from time to time. You should check this page periodically for changes.
